The staff was friendly and attentive during our stay.
The hotel seemed outdated and not as pictured online. Check-in was frustratingly slow, and my room wasn't cleaned properly. The breakfast area was poorly maintained, and it was unpleasant to eat among stained tables.

Ope, what a gem this place is! The room was spacious and super clean with a fabulous view. The breakfast spread was the bee's knees and their staff? Just so friendly and helpful. Oh, and Mr Tommy helped us book some amazing tours! Ya betcha, I’d come back without a second thought!

My stay was good with a beautifully decorated room featuring charming rose petals on the bed. The location was ideal, right in the heart of everything The staff's service was great, helping us book wonderful package tours during our stay.

We had a fantastic 3-night stay at Hanoi Victor Gallery Hotel & Spa. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, close to Lake, many restaurants, and shops. Our double room was spacious, clean, with a lovely view. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi!
